Teaching Malay to Malaysians abroad

The suggestion to send teachers from Malaysia to foreign countries to help children of Malaysians residing abroad could be a good PR exercise for the government but not at the expense of the taxpayers. Why should taxpayers pay for such a plan. If they want then they must pay just like anyone back home who wants to learn a foreign language or even the Bahasa Malaysia they have to hire a tutor. The burden cannot be on the taxpayers.
